Order Terms
Using the navigation panel on the left side of the page, you can select the desired catalog section where the products you are interested in are presented. Specify the required quantity and add the product to the cart.
In our store, each customer forms an order by adding selected items to the shopping cart. You can open the cart at any time by clicking the corresponding button. There, you can:
remove any item,
completely clear the cart,
or proceed to checkout.
To place an order, click the Order button located below the list of products in the cart. After filling in all the required information, click Order again.
You will receive a confirmation email after your order is received. Please read it carefully. If you notice any errors or inaccuracies, please contact us immediately.
Product Status
Each product in our store has one of the following statuses:
In stock — the product is available in the warehouse. You will receive an invoice immediately after placing the order.
Coming soon — the product will arrive at the warehouse within the time frame specified in its description.
Temporarily unavailable — when ordering a product with this status, our manager will check the availability, delivery time, price, and contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery and Timing
Your order is processed within one business day, after which it is handed over to the delivery service.
Delivery is carried out via Omniva or SmartPost.
